Live in about two weeks.

Getting started on Arko Care takes about two weeks. In week one we create your hospital, apply your branding, configure your doctors, fees and schedules, and train your staff role by role. In week two you go live on one OPD morning with us sitting beside you, and we hand over after one clean end-to-end day.

  1. Week 1 — Setup

We set your hospital up with you, so the system is yours before a patient sees it.

    • Your hospital created, branding applied
    • Doctors, fees and schedules configured
    • Staff accounts + training, role by role
    • Test prints: prescription, receipt, invoice
  2. Week 2 — Go-live

You go live on a real OPD morning, with us beside you until a full day runs clean.

    • Assisted entry of your active patients
    • Soft go-live: one OPD morning, us beside you
    • Full cutover with daily check-ins
    • Hand-over after one clean end-to-end day

What you need on your side

The computers your front desk and doctors already use, a modern browser such as Chrome, and an internet connection. There is no server to buy and nothing to install. You start fresh rather than moving years of paper across: your active patients are entered with our help in week two, and everyone else is registered on their first visit. The full list of what Arko Care is designed for is on the features page.

Your web address, your logo and your letterhead are set up in week one, so the first prescription your doctors print is already on your hospital’s paper. What runs under your name is on the white-label hospital management software page. Pricing is quoted in the demo conversation, and the pricing page lists what is included.

Twenty minutes, on your screen: a walk-in registered, a prescription on your own letterhead, and the day’s billing closed.
